PAYMENT
50% deposit is due to hold your hunt, remainder of payment is due Oct 1st. If booking after Oct 1st, full payment is due upon booking.
WEATHER & CANCELLATION
In the event of bad weather during your hunt, we will discuss a fair refund.
If our guides deem the weather unsafe for hunters or our dogs, you will not be charged. A refund will be available or option to rebook.
No shows and cancellations within 3 days of your hunt will be charged in full. No refunds.
We understand things can happen. If you need to cancel your hunt please do so in a timely manner. You will have the option to reschedule your hunt in the same season based on our availability or opt for a 50% refund.
Tower Shoot Events are non refundable. If you can no longer attend, please let us know if you’ll be transferring your tickets to someone else. In the case we have a wait list and a paid hunter fills your spot, a refund will then be issued.
LODGING
Amount due in full at time of booking.
$250 refundable security deposit due upon check in.
Cancellation of your lodge booking must be done within 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund.
